A Heart for Our Communities

Local Outreach is a priority for our church. Our goal is to serve our local communities with compassion and the love of Jesus. We aim to make an impact by helping those in need. From providing food and clothing to supporting the vulnerable, we walk humbly with God, spreading His grace and bringing hope to our community. Join us in making a difference and being agents of transformation! Together, we can reflect God's love and bring light to the lives we touch.

"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me… Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."

 Matthew 25:35–40

Leadership Team

At HF, we take God’s call to "love one" another, aka our neighbors, seriously.
It’s the heartbeat of our church as we seek to make a difference in our communities.

"You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself." -Matthew 22:37–40
