You and Your Workplace Transformed

Romans 12:2
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

We tend to view work either as an idol or an irritation.

Work is a part of the invitation of Jesus to transform people and places.  

What would transform our workplaces? 

The Who

You

You - encountering God personally.

You - making a unique contribution.

Your fellow workers 

Demonstrate Care for your fellow workers

&

Deliver Results with your fellow workers.

If your fellow workers are Jesus-followers, then pursue embodying Jesus collectively.

If your fellow workers aren’t Jesus-followers, then pursue expressing the Gospel purposefully.
